What should I pay attention to when submitting documents?
Expired Documents
Uploaded documentation must be valid and not older than three months.
Non-legible documents
Ensure that all uploaded documents are legible and clear. For printed or paper-based proof documents, they should be original copies with no alterations.
Validity of Data
User-defined data should be valid and accurate. For instance, address details provided during the initial application stages must align with proof of address checks. Consistency in address information throughout the application is essential. Additionally, consumer-related attributes such as names and surnames must match the official documentation used for proof of identity, including any middle names or region-specific variations.
Identity Match
The selfie and photo within the proof of identity document should match.
Proof of Address
If two Proof of Address documents are requested, they must be distinct from each other. If the Proof of Identity document contains address information, it can be used as one of the Proof of Address documents. The Proof of Address document uploaded should contain the consumer's complete home address. Certain ID cards that contain address information can also serve as Proof of Address verification, allowing consumers to re-upload the ID document for Proof of Address validation.
