When a company onboards with Up2 Money, it must declare its UBOs, or ultimate beneficial owners.
An ultimate beneficial owner is any natural person (that is a real, live, physical person) who owns, either directly or indirectly, at least 25% of the capital/rights to vote, or any person who controls the company's executive bodies or management.
